Returns Policy

Returns Policy

Please contact us before you return any goods. You can cancel your order, or part of your order, up to 7 days from the day after delivery of the goods by contacting us by email, telephone or in writing. Refunds will only be actioned if the items are returned to us within 7 days of you informing us of your intention to return the items. They must be returned in the original packaging and in the new and unused condition that they were dispatched in. Any seals must be fully intact. If you wish to return any items please note that we will not be liable for return shipping costs. We advise you to ensure that all goods for return are packed securely as we will not accept responsibility for returned goods that are damaged in transit. Returned items may effect the discount rate given at the time of ordering. This will be taken into consideration when refunds are issued for returned items and the refund will be adjusted where necessary.

If, unfortunately, your order is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately. Notice of such instances must be advised within 7 days of receiving the goods or it will be deemed that you accept the items. Faulty or damaged items must be returned to us before any replacement is shipped or any refund is processed. The cost of standard basic shipping costs for return of faulty or damaged items to us will be refunded to the customer. We will replace the faulty or damaged item to your complete satisfaction, failing this a refund will be given.

All refunds will be made by the same method as the payment was received and will be processed in a timely manner but please allow up to 28 days from notice of cancellation. We reserve the right to deduct any shipping charges paid at the time of ordering from the refund value. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by our Returns Policy.

Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in the postal system we will process the loss in accordance with the Royal Mail lost parcel procedure which states that packages are not considered lost until the following time periods have elapsed from the date of shipping:
  • United Kingdom address is 15 working days.
  • European address is 20 working days.
  • Rest Of World address is 25 working days.
No replacements can be shipped until these time periods have elapsed. Youngblood Makeup cannot be held responsible for any actions by the customer, Royal Mail or any other delivery service that may have contributed to the loss of your parcel.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because Royal Mail or any other delivery service were unable to deliver it then we will offer the customer the chance to pay the P&P required to re-ship the parcel. If the customer does not pay the re-shipping fee within 14 days of the re-shipping offer or does not want the parcel re-shipping then the order is deemed to be cancelled and the customer will receive a refund minus a £10.00 re-stocking and administration fee. Youngblood Makeup is not responsible for any actions by the customer, Royal Mail or any other delivery service that may have contributed to the failure of delivery.

Order Enquiries

If you have a query about an order you have placed then you must provide your Order ID, full name and postal address before we can look into any enquiry. Without your Order ID, name and postal address then we cannot discuss anything due to the Data Protection Act.
