Do you ship products outside the UK?

Yes, we ship all our products world wide.

Do you accept credit/debit cards?

Yes, you can use your credit/debit cards with Paypal. You don't need a Paypal Account to use credit/debit cards. Googe Checkout will also accept credit/debit cards but you will be asked to create a Google Checkout Account before you can make payment. Unless you already have an existing Google Checkout Account, or you would like to create one, we advise customers to choose Paypal to pay by credit/debit card.

Is your online shop secure?

Yes, our online shop is 100% secure so you don't have to worry about your transaction. Youngblood Makeup do not hold or have access to your payment details.

Can I place my order by telephone?

Yes, please have the list of products and shades you require plus your credit/debit card details and telephone 01977 668971 (+44 1977 668971) between 10.00am and 4.00pm UK time, Monday to Saturday.

Can I place an order without having an email address?

Yes, please telephone your order as above.

How do I register an account with you?

When you place your first order you will be asked to enter an email address and create a password at 'Checkout' for your account login. You are then registered with us which speeds up future transactions and you can also view past orders.

I previously ordered on your mobile website and I can't login to this website?

Mobile account login details will not work on this website. Either create a new account at Checkout or login to our mobile website on your Laptop, PC or MAC.

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?

When an order is placed and paid for you will be automatically sent an order confirmation email and a receipt of payment email. If you can't see the emails then either you gave us the wrong/misspelled email address or the emails are in your spam folder. If the email address you supplied when you placed your order is incorrect please contact us immediately to update your account.

How can I check on the status of my order?

Go to our Customer Login page and enter the email address you registered with us plus your password. When you have logged in you will see a link under 'Shopping Links' called 'My Orders', click this link and your order status is displayed.

How can I find out what Youngblood products I have ordered before?

All your past orders are displayed when you login to your account as above.

Do you have a Newsletter?

Yes, we do have a Newsletter that you can sign up to so you can receive up to date product information and Special Offers via email.

What happens if I failed to pay for my order?

When you press the 'PAY NOW' button at the 'Checkout' stage your order is sent to us immediately. In the unlikely event that you failed to make payment for your order when you were re-directed to your chosen payment processor, we will send you a Paypal invoice which you can use to pay for your order online.
